B. J.
Rewane, an Economist, trained at the University of Ibadan and commenced his banking career
at Barclays Bank International in the UK where he participated in the graduate training
programme for Economists at the University of West London. An associate
member of the
Chartered Institute of Bankers of England and Wales, Bismarck worked at the First National
Bank of Chicago and Nigeria which later became International Merchant Bank Plc. He later
became General Manager and head of Treasury Department and retired as Head
of Corporate Finance. Bismarck
has attended several extensive programmes in strategic
management at the IMD Institute of Management at Lansanne, Switzerland, the Euromoney
Institute of Finance at St. Catherines College, Oxford and First Chicagos
Joint Strategic Programme run by Harvard Business School.
He is currently the Managing Director of Financial Derivatives Company Limited.
Isaac K. Alofoje
( Deputy Managing Director)
He has attended Credit Administration Courses
at First Chicago Bank (USA) and Midland Bank (London, England). He has also attended a
course on Mergers and Acquisition organised by Euromoney London. Amongst
other courses, he attended the
University of Chicago (USA) Executive Programme in Corporate Strategy. Mr. Alofojes
consulting expertise is in credit administration and corporate strategy. A
Chartered
Accountant, Isaac graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Bachelors degree in
Economics. After his articleship with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Mr. Alofoje joined
International Merchant Bank Plc. (IMB) where he worked in each functional area thereby
acquiring a deep insight into the banking work flow process.
He is currently the Deputy Managing Director of Financial Derivatives Company Limited.
Rose A. Oghenekaro
(Group Head - Capital Market)

A graduate of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Rose is an
Associate Member of the Nigerian Marketing Association. As part of her professional
training, she attended the Executive Education Programme at J. l. Kelloggs Graduate
School of Management, North Western University, Evanston, Illinois. She joined FDC in
1992.
She is currently the Group Head, Capital Market.
Adedayo Olusegun
(Group Head - Investment Banking & Research)
Dayo is the Group Head, Investment Banking & Research
Division of FDC. He has a B.Sc. in Banking & Finance and M.Sc. in Business Administration from the
University of Lagos. He has developed competency in Investment Banking &
Research, Portfolio Management and Consulting. He has also attended various professional courses locally and
internationally, amongst which is Credit Risks Management and the Executive Programme in Strategic Financial Planning
at J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, North Western University, Evanston,
Illinois, U.S.A. Prior to joining the company, he worked with Arbitrage Securities and Consulting Group,
Lagos.
