Bernard K. Aso
|
|
He graduated from River State University as an accountant and bagged an MBA from
Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Bernard is an associate member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation
(CIT),
and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He has worked at Akintola Williams & Co.
and International Aviation Services Limited. With 13 years field experience to his credit, Bernard is currently the Head,
Operations and Management Services of Financial Derivatives Company Ltd.

Adeitan Adebayo
|
|
Adeitan holds Master of Science and Bachelor of
Science in Economics, both from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. He has also had
further training in Public Policy Advocacy and Environmental Analysis.
Adeitan joined
Financial Derivatives Company Ltd. in April, 1999 as an Assistant Manager, after working
four years as Research Officer and Analyst at the Nigerian Association of Commerce,
Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and African Development Consulting Group
Ltd (ADCG) respectively. Adeitan has attended several national and international workshops.
He is currently the
Head of Financial and Advisory and Research Department.

Adenike O. Ishola
|
| A graduate of the University of
Lagos, Adenike commenced training as an accountant in November 1992 with Pannell
Awobo Yusuf and Co., a reputable firm of chartered accountants and member firm of Pannell Kerr Forster International
Association B.V. She qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997 having acquired vast experience in Audit,
Accountancy and Taxation. She joined FDC as Internal Auditor in July 1999.

Ezinwanyi Ikeji |
| A graduate of the University of
Calabar, Ezinwanyi joined the
Operations and Management Services Department of FDC in 1995. Her duties include
recruitment of personnel and other administrative functions. She is
presently a deputy manager, heading the Administrative and Personnel
units of the company.

Ifeoma L. Onyekuba |
A 1994 graduate of University of Benin
and chartered accountant with vast experience in
auditing and accounting operations across a wide range of industries including Banking
Institutions. Ifeoma joined FDC in 1998 as Senior Investment Officer in Operations and
Management Service Unit. She is presently an Assistant Manager in the same Unit. |

An
associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate Institute Of Management Consultants Of Nigeria, an MBA
holder and a Stockbroker in training.
He has over five years of financial sector experience that spans both
the Capital and Money Markets. He has worked as an officer in Diete-Koki
&Co (Investment Advisers),
Head
of Operations Cashcraft Asset Management Limited (Member of the
Nigerian Stock Exchange) and is presently an Assistant Manager Funds
&Portfolio Mgt in Financial Derivatives Company Limited
(Investment Bankers & Researchers).
He has also attended a management development course at ESUT business
School and was part of he NICON Asset verification team for Insurance
Companies (1999).
His hobbies include writing, reading and traveling.

Helen E. Uwaoma |
A 1993 Secretarial Administration graduate of Auchi Polytechnic,
Edo State, Helen worked with New Nigerian bank and Celtic Exporters Ltd. before joining
FDC in 1995.
She is currently the Secretary/P.A. to the Managing
Director.
She loves reading, travelling and watching movies.

Joseph |
is
a graduate of economics from the university of Lagos where he also
procured masters’ degree in economics. His career started as a
part-time lecturer, taking undergraduate and postgraduate students.
He joined the Financial Derivatives Company limited in October 2000 as
an analyst. He has attended various seminars and conferences and
presently into a masters’ programme in operations Research in
University of Lagos. His hobby is reading.

Idowu Olakanmi |
is
a 1997 graduate of Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University,
Ile-ife.
He worked
for a while with Kehinde Sofola & Co. Limited and
the Federal Civil Service Commission Before his University
Education. His
career in the Financial Sector started with the United Bank for Africa
Plc where he completed his one-year of National youth service before
joining Teredoz Consulting, Lagos. He joined Financial Derivatives
Company in November 2000. He has attended various seminars and
conferences, and is presently into a graduate study in Economics at
the University of Lagos.

|
| Louisa has a degree in English from
the University of Ilorin. She started her career at the International Merchant Bank in 1997. She joined
Financial Derivatives in April 1999 and is currently an Administrative Officer.

Tiwalade
O. Benson |
| She
joined FDC on the 26th February 2001 as an investment
officer, she is a graduate of economics (2nd class upper)
from the university of Lagos. She ran her youth service programme at
the West African bitumen emulsion company limited, Ibafon, Tincan Island
as a finance officer. She is an optimist , believing nothing is
impossible with God and with focus. She enjoys reading inspirational
(success) books and dancing.

Christy N. Anyanji |
An English graduates of University of Port Harcourt
and presently deployed in the Operations and Management services
Department of Financial derivatives Company limited.
Christy has, in a bid to improve and prepare herself for greater challenges
in future, recently concluded her post graduate Diploma (PGD) in
management and masters business administration (MBA) programmes of the
Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.
She is currently attending series of workshops and seminars organized
by the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigerai (CIMN) to qualify
as an associate member of the Institute.

Grace graduated from the Lagos State Polytechnic in 1995 with an
HND in Secretarial Administration. She joined the company in April 1998 as a secretary and
is currently in the Financial Advisory & Economic Department.
Graces hobbies include Reading and traveling.

She
is a graduate of secretarial Administration from the Chartered
institute of Administrators Lagos, She had a post graduate diploma in
Management from the University of Calabar, started as a Secretary with
Genesis World wide shipping Company at Apapa, Lagos, then proceeded to
Frenchies Limited, also a secretary to Managing Director.
She joined Financial Derivatives Company Limited in February 2001 as a
result. She has attended seminars. Her hobbies include reading and
listening to Christian Music.

She
obtained her first school-leaving certificate (FLSC), School
Certificate (SSCE), and National Diploma In Mass Communication.
She
did her Industrial Training with industrial Training with Equipment
Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) as a Marketing Officer. In 1998,
she joined African Development Consulting Group as a Front Desk
Officer. The organization later metamorphosed into Associated
Corporate Servers. She joined FDC as a Client Service Officer in February 2001.
To improve her academic qualification, she is presently running a
degree programme, which she will round up in 2002.
