on daily, monthly or quarterly basis, are tailored with the liquidity needs of our
clients, whilst providing optimum returns. The Operations
& Management Service Department has a primary mission to
ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through people and quality. It is responsible for
transaction processing, technology, infrastructure, human resources management and
internal controls.
The Funds & Portfolio Department consists
basically of two units;
(i) Origination and (ii) Credit Unit;

Source Commercial Paper mandates at competitive market rate;

Monitors Commercial Paper volume and portfolio;

Markets for lease, and manages them;

Book loans and advances, monitor performance and update records

Personnel
The Operation Unit, handled
by a staff, monitors all the accounting entries, bookkeeping
and takes custody of all financial documents of the company.
The Admin/Personnel
The Admin. unit ensures that office requirements such as stationery, necessary official
tools, assets and working environment are in suitable condition.
The personnel unit has the responsibility of
ensuring that;
 suitable applicants are hired
training and manpower development
maintaining of discipline and staff welfare
The financial controller heads the operations and management services department and
supervises the units under the department.
